Yay for summer!
As the kids get older, family outings get more relaxed and more fun. No diapers bags or naps...so much more freedom! Inside jokes become a lot funnier when everyone is in on them. Though it's impossible to comprehend, love grows deeper and deeper as time goes on.
Our sweet babysitter, Cristan, taught the girls to be more confident swimmers...
One of them many, many times hanging out in the backyard.
With our friends at a special Boise Hawks day. They were able to get some free books and hot dogs and play games. It was so hot, as you can tell by their faces.
We did some Geocaching with our friends, the Udinks. Again, blistering hot!
Mommy and daughter date!
This sweet little bear at zoo was so cute and friendly.
For the 4th of July we started the day with the parade in Star...
And ended it with a free outside concert.
Cole wanted to show us his Otter Pop.
The summer ended with the Back to School fashion show at Macy's.
Right before school started, we moved to a new house in Meridian. It was a fast and unexpected move, but we pulled together as a family and moved on to new experiences. The girls were able to stay in the same school which made the move a little easier, but we still missed our adopted family in Star. We will be forever grateful for the people that touched our lives there.
