For her seventh birthday, Meredith wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheeses. She invited two friends and we all carpooled down to the party. There isn't a fast way to get there so it takes some time. And now whenever we are driving and Cole wants to know how long the car ride will be, he asks, "Is it Chuck E. Cheese far?" He is always satisfied with whatever answer.
Birthday number seven is special because it's the ear piercing year! It hurt and she shed some tears, but it was so worth it!

Meredith, our little Honey Bunny. You are getting so smart and so big. Math is your favorite subject. What!? Well, besides recess. You still want to play Barbies and pretend, and the act of putting on make-up is serious business.
You never waste a chance to snuggle, even still with your thumb in your mouth. Your ruby red lips and sweet white skin are so beautiful on the outside, matching the sweet tender spirit on the your inside.
This year has been a frustrating year at times, growing up is not easy. But your strong will and tenacity will do you well as you grow older. Never lose that.
