We had a regular appointment scheduled yesterday, nothing out of the ordinary, knowing that the big ultrasound appointment wouldn't be until January. But as we were talking to the nurse she gave a us a little glimmer of hope that we could possible have a small ultrasound done that day just to see the baby's gender. Of course we got very excited. A couple seconds after she went to get Dr. Lowder he came in and said, 'Of course I have time to do it!'As he got the ultrasound ready and took a look at the baby, he said a couple of times that the baby wouldn't stop moving so he could take a look. But he finally stopped moving enough for us to see what he was!
Obviously we are over the moon with excitement and happiness to add a whole new spirit into our family and a different gender at that!
